The course:
We can offer existing NFAS members from other clubs weekday use of the course at a cost of £5 per person. Please contact Paul Yeomans for more details.
The course is currently being modified [Jan 2010] There will be a permanent course situated in the wood. There are currently plans to extend the course for open competitions into adjoining fields.
Sheep and cattle are run on the land which adjoins the wood. There are no farm animals in the wood. There are wild deer on the land and so there is a possibility of deer ticks and subsequent Lymes disease could be caught if you are unlucky. There are Horse flies in the summer, so don't forget some Mosirep.
Dogs are only permitted with the landowners permission and must be under control and on a lead at all times.
